Please Note: changes due to new EU regulations

Until further notice I can’t ship to EU countries besides Austria. This is due to the uncertainty caused by the new PPWR regulations. I’m hoping this situation will be resolved soon but for now I will only be shipping outside the EU and within Austria.

In updating my shop’s shipping settings some countries besides my most common destinations of North America and the UK may have been missed. If your country doesn’t show up at checkout please get in touch and I will fix it. If you’re waiting on a specific drop you can reach out beforehand. US, Canada, and UK customers needn’t bother, you’re covered.

I offer global tracked shipping from Austria, if you find your address yields a shipping error message at checkout, please email me. The shipping profiles are occasionally subject to error.

The rates for each destination are subject to change as I keep up with the current prices. You’ll see your charge at checkout.

At checkout you’ll be offered either a ‘Parcel’ or ‘Envelope’ shipping option for your address depending on your order. Usually it will be a Parcel (a square-cornered poster tube) but for some small items an envelope may be possible.

Orders are shipped via Austrian Post with tracking. DHL Express is also possible if the added speed is worth the extra cost to you (as a totally non-binding example, most DHL shipments I make cost around 70-80 EUR) . In such a case please get in touch.

I always endeavour to ship your orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 or 3 days, but I am one guy with a family and a busy illustration practice, so please bear with me. If you’ve not received a shipping notice within 5 working days of your order, or if you have a special rush (friend’s birthday etc) please get in touch.

I can’t give you concrete shipping times, but these are the usual ranges:
-UK/EU orders arrive within a week of shipping
-North America within 2 weeks of shipping
-Orders to the rest of the world can vary widely, but within 3 weeks of shipping seems average

US Shipping:

Shipping to the USA these days is, unfortunately, a bit of a mess. I do my best to stay abreast of the current situation but can’t take responsibility for any sudden postal craziness.
